In 2022, AZ Golf Ventures took ownership of Las Colinas Golf Club in Queen Creek, Arizona, setting the stage for an exciting transformation.
This 18-hole course (6,655 yards, par-71), designed by Michael Asmundson, has undergone thoughtful remodeling, enhancing its appeal for golf enthusiasts.
Las Colinas Golf Club serves as a public, daily-fee facility, featuring a driving range and dedicated putting and chipping areas.
Additionally, it offers excellent facilities for hosting events, making it a versatile destination for both golf and gatherings.
The renovation of the golf course and the implementation of various improvements are adequate responses to previous customer reviews that highlighted concerns regarding service, facilities—including restrooms and the bar/restaurant—and overall maintenance.
These initiatives are expected to enhance the customer experience and address the feedback received.
Troon will play a pivotal role in enhancing club operations by overseeing various aspects, including agronomy, retail, sales, and marketing.
This strategic involvement is aimed at driving overall improvement and success for the club.
