Is it possible that group coaching packages designed for PGA professionals have not yet become widespread? I will tell you what I mean.
The Yas Acres Golf and Country Club on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, has unveiled two new four-day packages designed for golf professionals to host group coaching trips that combine with world-class golf courses.
The 9-hole golf course at Yas Acres Golf and Country Club opened in 2021, complete with floodlights for night golf.
The club benefits from a 410-yard driving range with a professional grass teeing area and a short game area that rivals the best from around the world – making it the ideal location for professional group coaching trips.
There are two unique packages for golf professionals and their groups to choose from.
Package #1 (four days)
- Rack Rate: AED 3415.00 per person
- Package Rate: AED 2395.00 net payable per person
- 3 x one-hour practice sessions with the professional on the driving range
- 3 x nine-hole morning rounds at Yas Acres Golf and Country Club
- 3 x set lunch menu at Yas Acres Golf and Country Club clubhouse
- 3 x one-hour short game practice sessions with a professional
- 3 x nine-hole afternoon rounds at Yas Acres Golf and Country Club
- 1 x weekday 18-hole golf round at Saadiyat Beach Golf Club
Package #2 (four days)
- Rack Rate: AED 2380.00 per person
- Package Rate: AED 1750.00 net payable per person
- 3 x two-hour practice sessions with the professional on the driving range or short game area
- 3 x nine-hole rounds at Yas Acres Golf and Country Club (morning or afternoon)
- 3 x set lunch menu at Yas Acres Golf and Country Club clubhouse
- 1 x weekday 18-hole golf round at Saadiyat Beach Golf Club
Applicable group sizes are 7 amateur golfers plus one professional or 11 amateur golfers plus one professional.
Guests will also receive 15% off their food and beverage bill, to be paid directly at the clubhouse restaurant. Package offers are valid from Monday to Friday only, between 07:00 – 16:30 hours, and tee times are subject to availability.
These package offers are valid for visitations up to and including 31st May 2024.
Do you know what I’m missing from these two packages? Why don’t they allow me to rent golf equipment from them?
I say all this despite knowing from my own experience how much different the game is when I play with my golf clubs. The keyword is convenience!
