Bernhard and Company employee recognition

Importance of employee & professionals’ recognition

I see that an employee reward and recognition policy that focuses on the efforts and achievements of employees for learning and development can be extremely beneficial for golf clubs.

Golf club employees – too – want to feel valued and fulfilled, and have meaningful work where they can grow on a personal level. It is good for avoiding employees

The efficiency of the above-mentioned initiative of Bernhard and Company will be better if the participating greenkeepers will get sufficient social visibility. In other words, if their colleagues will know that due to their outstanding work they were selected to participate in the 2023 BIGGA Delegation trip.

Therefore help your greenkeepers to apply for this trip….and then communicate the lucky selected ones on your communications channels (e.g. social media, newsletter, internal meetings, etc.).

By motivating your employees to participate in such initiatives you are improving your golf clubs’ company culture at the very same time. This will help you to attract and retain the best professionals. Your reputation as an employer will get a much better opinion.
