Why have only 18 international golf tournamentsHero Dubai Desert Classic is the 19th – achieved GEO Certified Tournament status so far?

It is crucial to take into account that golf tournaments possess the ability to inspire and mold individuals’ views of the sport. I’m not even talking about environmental effects.

Now let’s be happy that the Hero Dubai Desert Classic has become the first golf event in the Middle East and the 1st within the DP World Tour Rolex Series to achieve GEO Certified® Tournament status.

  • Spectators are encouraged through campaigns and discount codes to use public transport or car share as more sustainable transport options.
