Crucial leadership skills in 2024
- Understanding why people do what they do. View your employees as human beings, not just as headcounts. It means understanding and focusing on the person, not just on the task the person performs. Think about how you can improve employee well-being in your golf club!
- Relationship building*: you need to forge strong working relationships with your golf club employees and partners
- Adaptability: to be accountable and assume your responsibilities, making sure that you have laid out a plan for responding to change.
- Invest in employee experience! Nowadays, more and more studies (e.g. Temkin Group, Gallup) confirm the correlation between employee experience and success in customer experience and business performance.
