A month ago I reported about The Belfy's new "golfers' choice" awards. At this time, they received the prestigous award, the 59Club Awards. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of customer centricity.
Why customer centricity is so important?
In our days when golfers are leaving golf courses due to their financial situations, then the best solution to retain customers is to bestow superb service. I must admit, that not all customers are the same. Some of them may be more or less profitable. Our objective should be to find the most profitable customers are serve them accordingly. At the same time, there must be a balance between managing the level of customer service and doing that will have on shareholder wealth.
