Last year, Sega acquired Rovio Entertainment, the company behind Angry Birds, for an astounding €706 million ($776 million).
The deal aims to utilize Rovio’s expertise to enhance Sega’s IP in the mobile space, including Sonic The Hedgehog, which has already succeeded on mobile platforms.
If you’ve been using Toptracer for entertainment, I have fantastic news. Toptracer and Rovio Entertainment have just announced a brand-new Angry Birds game mode that will soon be available on Toptracer Range.
This innovative game mode will be available worldwide on September 30th at Toptracer-enabled driving ranges with its monitor product.
It delivers an interactive experience that merges golf with the world-renowned Angry Birds game.
The collaboration was facilitated by Angry Birds’ licensing representative IMG.
