The R&D process for Titleist EXP01 golf ball continues October 1, when a one-time, limited run will be made available to golf shops in the U.S. and Canada.
Additionally, golfers will be able to order Titleist EXP01 golf balls through My Titleist on Titleist.com until supplies last.
The Titleist EXP01 golf ball is being released as part of the Titleist EXP Project. Titleist wants to give the opportunity to experience new golf ball technologies still in the experimental phase.
This kind of technique is well-known in other industries as well to test products and markets.
