Probably you remember that Nike Golf launched its 1st European (on the continent) Nike Performance Fitting Studio at the Himmerland Resort and Spa last month. Recently Nike Golf organized a competition in this Danish golf club among its Swoosh Staff members (36 members): England & Scotland vs. Continental Europe.
Angus Moir, General Manager of Nike Golf EMEA, said that they consider their Swoosh Staff team as a core part of their business.
In total, 10 countries were represented (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark) but it was Andy Carlton’s England & Scotland team that took the spoils (5.5-3.5) against Steven Chad’s European team over 18 holes.
They played on the PGA Backtee course which only two months previously had hosted the 2015 Made in Denmark European Tour event.
